I was here for 1 day and would definitely come back there. The room with great breakfast. The location was excellent - ease of access to a grand showpiece square.
Almost perfect.

Amazing and special stay with jaw-dropping canal views, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly hosts. Helpful staff, excellent location, and free luggage storage. Incredible experience of enjoying coffee by the canal. Spacious room and prompt breakfast service. Minor noise issue in the morning but would still return.

Great central location and helpful staff. The host was fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. The view from the apartment was stunning, overlooking the canal and the morning gondola traffic. The breakfast served in the room was a nice touch and convenient.
The stairs to the apartment were steep, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The building itself was old and in need of some upgrades, particularly in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our quadruple room, it was really spacious. The hotel was in a great central location, right by a peaceful alley, and close to the heart of Venice. We stayed for 2 nights, and had a great time exploring the San Marco district.

Our romantic escape was made even more special by the stunning view from our room. We could see the tranquil water and gondolas passing by, creating a truly picturesque setting. The spaciousness of the room was also a pleasant surprise, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. the breakfast service delivered to our room on a trolley was a wonderful touch, allowing us to start our day in a leisurely manner.
We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. the bathroom, while clean enough, did not have the sparkling cleanliness we were hoping for.
